The opportunity: The Natural Resource Conservation Society (NRCS) division of the United States Department of Agriculture has complex storage and distribution requirements. They needed to itemize their logistic process by invoicing their storage by pallet not per case.

The solution: NRCS can now budget their logistic process and track labor charges separately. We created a “win-win” situation by developing a time increment labor charge that is applied to each order allowing us to invoice monthly by pallet.
